Basement Waterproofing Milwaukee WI (basementwaterproofingmilwaukeewi.com) is a free referral and advertising service for homeowners in Milwaukee, WI and nearby Greater Milwaukee communities. Below you'll find which personal details the site keeps, the reasons it keeps them and everyone who can view them. It took effect on October 11, 2026.
A request asks for your name, your contact details, the town or address of the house and a short note about the basement. The site puts that information to two uses only: passing your request to be contacted to one independent local contractor, and answering messages you send in.
No one but that single contractor receives the request. The hosting company and the service that delivers messages handle the data only to keep those services working. The site never rents, trades or markets your information, though it will disclose it when a court order, subpoena or similar legal requirement demands it.
Each form request stays with the site's hosting provider so it can go to one contractor, and 90 days later it is deleted.
The server keeps ordinary technical logs, such as browser type, the pages viewed and the page that sent you here. Every part of the site works with cookies turned off.
Once the contractor gets in touch, anything you share with that business falls under its own privacy practices rather than this policy. The site is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. To see, correct or remove what the site holds about you, use the contact form. Any update will appear on this page with a new date. Wisconsin law governs this policy.
